Contact and complaints

Received an invoice reminder?
Duewick is accounts-receivable software used by the business named in your email. It uses AI and automated checks to help follow up invoices owed by businesses and individuals. A reminder is not a court finding that you owe money. Payments go to the business, not Duewick.
Reply to the email or contact the business. You do not need to register, pay or accept our Terms to ask for evidence, dispute an invoice or complain.
If something is wrong
- Already paid? Tell the business when and how, without sending full card details.
- Wrong amount, poor service or not your invoice? Explain what you dispute and ask for supporting information.
- Wrong recipient? Tell us; do not forward the invoice to unrelated people.
- Need time, a different channel or a representative? Explain the practical help needed, without sending medical records.
Restricted follow-up must remain paused until the relevant issue is resolved. Business approval does not override legal restrictions. Pausing contact does not settle an invoice or decide a dispute. If reminders continue after reporting a problem, contact us directly.
How contact must work
Messages must be relevant, courteous and within the mandate and applicable restrictions. No intimidation, invented fees, misleading legal threats, shaming or disclosure to unrelated people. More invoices or channels must not be used to evade restrictions. Contact preferences require appropriate handling, not automatic resumption.
Complaints about Duewick
Email hello@duewick.com with the business name, invoice reference if available and the issue. Send only necessary information. We investigate our service; the business handles the underlying goods, services and invoice claim. You can approach the relevant regulator or dispute-resolution service without our permission.
