Terms of Service
Updated 19 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-19.1
1. About this agreement
Duewick is operated by Dreamway Labs LLC, a limited liability company organised in New Mexico, United States (1012 Marquez Place, Ste 106-B, Santa Fe, NM 87505, United States). “We” means Dreamway Labs LLC; “you” means the subscribing business. You must be authorised to act for that business. These terms, the plan shown at checkout and your confirmed limits govern the service. Contact hello@duewick.com.
Invoice recipients do not need an account or agreement to these terms to dispute an invoice or exercise their rights.
2. Business and individual customers
Duewick helps businesses manage invoices owed by business customers, individual customers, or a mixture of both. It reads connected accounts or uploaded files, prepares a plan and can follow up eligible overdue invoices by email after you confirm a mandate and activate the agent.
You remain the creditor. We do not buy debts, receive your customers’ payments or take a recovery commission. Payments go to your business or its payment provider. We do not guarantee recovery or determine disputed liability.
Importing an invoice does not authorise contact. Availability depends on the obligation, location, reliable records and applicable restrictions. A subscription or approval does not override those restrictions. Do not use routine follow-up for regulated credit or matters requiring a specialist process unless that specific service is expressly supported. Duewick does not provide legal representation, court enforcement, repossession or credit reporting.
3. Accounts and information
Keep sign-in details secure, supply accurate business information and report suspected unauthorised access. Only provide records you are authorised to share for invoice administration. Identify the responsible person or entity, not an unrelated director, employee or family member.
Promptly report payments, credits, disputes, wrong recipients, representation and contact restrictions. Keep uploaded balances current using your chosen payment-check method. Do not upload unnecessary identity documents, health information or other sensitive material.
4. Mandate and safeguards
Your mandate records tone, cadence, hours, exclusions and autonomy. You can edit limits or pause in Settings. Saving new limits pauses outgoing work until you resume it. Providing a card does not authorise customer contact.
Disputes, uncertain payments, identity issues and other restrictions may pause affected communications and require your decision. A pause does not forgive a debt or mark it paid. Neither silence nor approval authorises prohibited contact. A request not to be contacted must be handled as applicable, not evaded through another invoice or channel.
Do not harass, mislead, disclose debts to unrelated people, invent fees or threaten unavailable legal action. Coordinate your manual reminders with Duewick; overlapping collection must not undermine contact limits. See the Contact and complaints policy.
5. AI and communications
AI access notice updated 25 October 2026 · 2026-10-25.1
I authorise Duewick to send relevant business, invoice, contact, file and conversation data, including data from my connected Xero organisations, to OpenAI to extract invoices, answer questions, provide support and interpret or draft replies. Processing may occur outside Australia. Duewick does not use this data to train models. OpenAI may retain API data for security and other applicable purposes; zero retention is not promised. I can withdraw permission in Settings to stop new transfers; withdrawal does not erase data already sent.
By continuing with account access, you authorise us to use OpenAI to provide the service with relevant business, invoice, contact, file and conversation information, including information from accounting organisations you connect. This covers extraction, answers, support and interpreting or drafting replies. Processing may occur outside Australia. You must be authorised to share these records on behalf of your business. Details of providers, retention and your data choices are in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw AI processing in Settings; withdrawal stops new transfers and does not erase data already sent.
AI helps interpret records and replies and draft wording. Deterministic checks govern sending; AI does not set legal permissions. Interpretation can be wrong: review extracted records and exceptions. Supervised mode allows approval of messages but does not bypass safeguards.
Emails use Duewick’s infrastructure, identify your business and route replies into Duewick, not your personal mailbox. We do not impersonate an employee, lawyer or authority. A legal handoff pack is an organised record, not legal advice, a filed claim or a guarantee of admissibility.
6. Trial and billing
The plan costs A$249 per month in Australian dollars after a 30-day free trial. The trial starts when your card is validated after diagnosis, not at registration. Checkout shows the amount and trial end date before confirmation. Validation does not authorise contact.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, subscription billing starts at its end and renews each monthly billing period until cancellation. Pausing the agent does not pause billing or extend the trial. Failed payment stops outgoing work until resolved. Stripe handles card details; we do not store full card numbers.
7. Cancellation and deletion
Cancel in Settings at any time to stop the agent and future subscription renewals. Cancel before trial expiry to avoid a subscription fee. Cancellation does not reverse a charge already processed. Contact us about billing mistakes, service failures or refunds; statutory remedies remain available.
Requesting account deletion stops the agent and requests subscription cancellation. Deletion is reviewed, not instantaneous. Evidence, billing and security records may need retention for specific purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Data and service restrictions
You retain your rights in supplied information and authorise processing needed to supply and secure the service, including the providers in our Privacy Policy. This does not authorise selling invoice data.
We may restrict activity that breaches these terms, cannot be verified or may cause unlawful contact or harm. We will explain where permitted and work with you on the next step. A restriction does not decide the underlying debt. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
9. Responsibility and protected rights
You remain responsible for your claim, instructions and conduct. We remain responsible for our own obligations and conduct; these terms do not transfer every automation risk to you.
Nothing excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees and small-business protections. These terms do not require you to indemnify Duewick for its own negligence or unlawful conduct.
10. Changes and concerns
We will notify you of material changes before they apply. Price increases do not apply to an already-paid period; you can cancel before the affected renewal. Urgent security or legal restrictions may apply immediately with an explanation where permitted.
Contact us about service, billing or privacy concerns. We investigate Duewick issues and refer invoice disputes to the creditor. You retain access to competent courts, regulators and applicable dispute-resolution services; these terms do not impose an exclusive overseas forum.
