Your invoices are overdue.
Someone should be chasing.
Duewick Agent is that someone. It follows up your overdue invoices under your own name, handles the replies, holds customers to what they promised, and checks your ledger before counting anything as paid — all inside the limits you set. You hand over the chasing; the decisions stay yours.
A$249/month after a 30-day trial that starts when the agent goes live. See the terms
Accounts are not open yet. Get started shows you exactly how you would begin, and the sample lets you walk the whole thing on made-up data — no sign-up.
You hire it once. Then it works.
- 01
Connect your ledger
Connect Xero read-only, or upload a CSV export. It works out who owes what, since when, and which accounts have stopped moving on their own.
- 02
Agree the mandate
You decide what it may offer, when it has to stop, and which customers it must never approach. It does not go past that line.
- 03
It takes over the chasing
It works each debtor, handles what comes back, and changes its approach when the current one stops producing payments.
- 04
The cash lands
A case closes when your ledger shows the payment — not when someone says it is on the way.
Automated reminders stop working the moment someone replies
That is where the actual work starts, and where a schedule has nothing left to give. Six things Duewick does that a sequence cannot.
It acts on the reply
A reminder sequence sends message three whether or not you answered message two. Duewick works out what came back — a commitment, a query, a dispute, the wrong person — and takes a different route for each.
It holds people to what they said
A commitment becomes an amount and a date. When that date arrives it checks your ledger, and if the money is not there, the next message already knows who promised what.
It remembers how each debtor behaves
Who pays after one nudge, who always needs a PO number, who went quiet last quarter. Each approach is informed by the last one instead of starting from zero.
One conversation per debtor
Five overdue invoices with the same customer is one thread, not five separate chases arriving the same morning from the same sender.
It takes itself off the case
A payment, a dispute, an identity that does not add up, or anything outside your mandate pulls the case out of the queue before the next message goes.
It only counts money that arrived
Commitments, credit notes, write-offs and reversals are tracked apart from cash. A balance reaching zero is not a recovery until the payment is recorded.
What it will not do
Collections goes wrong when software oversteps. These limits are built into the product, not left to the model’s judgement.
- Decide who is right in a dispute. It freezes the case and brings it to you.
- Agree a discount or a payment plan outside the mandate you set.
- Threaten legal action. When a debt will not move it prepares a file for your own lawyer — it never sends it for you.
- Treat a commitment, a credit note or a write-off as cash recovered.
- Keep working a case after the money lands, or approach anyone you have paused.
A salary, not a commission
A collections agency takes a cut of everything it brings in, and hands your customer relationships to a stranger. Duewick is one flat monthly fee, the work stays inside your business, and every dollar recovered is yours.
No recovery amount, rate or timeframe is promised anywhere on this page. Nothing is sent to any of your customers until you have connected a ledger, agreed what it may do, and switched it on.

Get startedAccounts are not open yet — this shows you how you would start.
- No lock-in
- Month to month. Cancel any time; there is no minimum term.
- When the card comes in
- After you have seen the diagnosis and the plan for your own invoices, and before the agent is switched on. Adding a card does not start the trial, does not authorise the agent and does not contact anyone.
- When the trial starts
- The 30 days begin when the agent actually goes live — not when you add the card and not when you connect your ledger. If setting up your sending domain takes a week, that week is not part of the trial.
- Cancelling during the trial
- Cancel before the trial ends and there is no subscription charge.
- After the trial
- It renews automatically every month at A$249, billed in AUD, until you cancel. Cancelling stops the agent straight away.
- Your first charge
- The exact date is shown to you before you confirm, and again the moment the agent goes live.
Questions people actually ask
- Do my customers know it is software?
- Emails go out under your business name on your own domain. Duewick does not appear as a debt collector, and we take no commission on what is recovered.
- What if someone says they already paid?
- It checks your ledger before treating anything as settled. A zero balance is not proof of payment — a credit note also clears one — so it separates cash from adjustments and tells you which it found.
- Can it make a mistake and annoy a customer?
- It can only send what your mandate allows, and it never jokes with a customer of yours. You choose whether every message needs your approval first.
- What happens to a debt it cannot collect?
- You can ask it to prepare a legal handoff pack for your own lawyer. That pauses the chasing and gathers the evidence. It does not write the debt off, record a payment, or send anything to anyone.
- Do I have to talk to a salesperson?
- No. Try it on a sample ledger, bring your own invoices, and start the trial without speaking to anyone. If you want a person, ask in the conversation.
