Product

An AI teammate for overdue invoices.
It works inside your rules.

Duewick reads what your customers owe, from Xero or from the files you upload, decides who to follow up and in what order, writes to them, and deals with what they reply. You set the limits. Anything outside them comes back to you.

Start from Xero or from your own files

Both routes lead to the same plan. Connecting or uploading never contacts anyone.
  • Connect Xero

Read-only access to contacts, invoices, payments and organisation settings. It never writes to Xero, and it checks the invoice in Xero again before each message.

  • Upload your invoices

CSV, Excel (.xlsx), PDF, PNG, JPEG or WebP. You review what was read before anything is imported, and you choose how payments are confirmed.

Invoice follow-up

It decides who comes first and writes to each customer in your business’s name, at the pace you allow.
  • One conversation per customer. Five overdue invoices with the same business are one thread, not five separate reminders on the same morning.
  • It checks the balance before every message. With Xero it reads the invoice again; with uploaded files it either asks you or relies on an export that is no more than three days old — older than that, it stops until you upload a fresh one.
  • Contact hours, a minimum gap between messages (at least 24 hours) and a cap on messages per period are part of your limits, and it cannot go past them.
  • You choose the tone — warm, neutral or firm. Discounts and payment plans are switched off unless you allow them.
  • Every message it sends appears in your Inbox, together with the reply.

Replies & payment promises

A reminder sequence sends the next message whatever the customer said. This reads the reply first.
  • A promise becomes a date

When a customer commits to paying, it records the amount and the date. On that date it checks your ledger; if the money is not there, the next message already knows who promised what.
  • “We’ve already paid”

It checks the ledger before following up again. A customer saying they paid is not the same as a payment you can see, so it is never counted as cash.
  • “How do I pay?”

It replies with the payment details you have given it, or asks you for them first. A reply that mentions changed bank details is flagged: payment details are never changed because of an email.
  • Disputes, hardship and doubts

A dispute, a hardship message, a reply that does not add up or anything outside your mandate stops the case and comes to you — in both modes.

Your rules & oversight

Nobody is contacted until you agree the limits and switch the agent on.
  • With your approval

It analyses, prioritises and drafts. You approve each message before it goes out, one by one or a batch at a time.
  • Autopilot within your rules

It sends routine follow-ups and handles replies inside the limits you set. Anything unusual still comes to you.
  • Needs you

Decisions that are yours — a dispute, an unverified payment, a missing contact — wait in one place, with the reply and the history beside them.
  • Stop it any time

Exclude or pause a customer, stop the agent, or cancel. Cancelling stops the agent straight away; your invoices, history and evidence stay available.

What it will not do

These limits are part of the product, not settings you have to remember.
  • Decide who is right in a dispute. It freezes the case and brings it to you.
  • Agree a discount or a payment plan outside the limits you set.
  • Threaten legal action. When a debt will not move it can prepare a file for your own lawyer; it never sends it for you.
  • Count a promise, a credit note or a write-off as cash recovered. A case is paid when your ledger shows the payment.
  • Contact anyone you have excluded or paused, or keep following up after the money lands.
